Management Team

Our management team has many years service within the temporary traffic management industry, enabling us to provide a solution to meet your requirements.

All of our team have a wide range of experience across the full spectrum of temporary traffic management situations, from contraflows and narrow lane systems on motorways and high speed dual carriageways, to stop / go and temporary traffic light systems.

Operations Director
Nigel Beaumont, has been involved in temporary traffic management for over 25 years. His knowledge of the industry is a valuable asset to our organisation, and is beneficial to customers who are looking for a complete "one stop" solution for their contract. Nigel will deal with many of our customers on a personal basis to ensure their satisfaction. He is fully qualified and registered to HA Sector Schemes 12A 12B and 12D to supervisor level furthermore he is a registered Traffic Safety and Control Officer (TSCO) and Lantra Awards assessor.
General Manager
Martyn Tonks, is our Health and Safety advisor and registered Lantra Awards trainer and assessor, alongside managing our QA system to the requirements set out in the Sector Schemes 12A 12B and 12D.
Martyn also carries out work on behalf of the awarding body, Lantra Awards as an External Verifier, completing verification visits to a number of other training centres. He is also a member of the 12A / B Sector Scheme committee and training sub committee. His knowledge and expertise ensures all of our staff are trained to the highest level, and in accordance with the most up to date documentation and requirements.
Contracts Manager
Colin Saunders again has many years within the temporary traffic management industry, and has responsibility for the day to day running of all contracts. Colin will attend site meetings and carry out site surveys, to ensure sufficient resources are deployed to complete the contract. Colin is registered to HA Sector Schemes 12A, 12B, 12D to supervisor level, and is a registered Traffic Safety and Control Officer (TSCO). 
Depot Manager
Steve Rogers completes our management team. He is responsible not only for our depot, but all equipment stocks and preparation, including new sign manufacture. He has an excellent knowledge of the requirements contained within Chapter 8, NRSWA, and Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD). Steve also ensures that our fleet of vehicles are maintained in fully operational condition, and serviced regularly in accordance with manufacturers requirements. Steve like our other management team members is a registered supervisor for HA Sector Schemes 12A, 12B, 12D.
Our managers are assisted and supported by a small group of administrative personnel, based in our Studley depot.

Administration / Financial Director
Debbie Tonks has worked alongside Nigel Beaumont for approximately 18 years. Both Her and Nigel co founded the company in 1997. Debbie takes care of the day-to-day administration and finances of the organisation.
